What if there isn't a skills gap, and corporations are just lying to cover the fact that their requirements are unreasonably stringent and their compensation is an insult?
I didn't know what the skill gap was, but the first result about it on Google mentions both reasons (among others, like reluctance to provide training) for this skill gap. I believe the term just is an umbrella term for a wider issue than just about skills.
